[Arm-allstar-irlp] Update

It is not out yet but there will be a minor update in the next day or so to
fix some minor things in IRLP that you probably won't even notice. So far
the beta has been going great with at least 6 users up and running and no
problems reported.

The biggest thing in the next update will be a correction to Supermon to
allow the IRLP logging to work. So if you use Supermon you will appreciate
that. If you don't use Supermon you should try it out. The latest 6.0+
version integrates Allstar, IRLP, and Echolink very nicely and allows full
management of your servers.
