[Arm-allstar-irlp] IRLP beta update

Jed,

 To others on the list Jed is blind so we need to help him a little more.

You need to update using item 1 of the Admin menu. Then download the IRLP
support package. All the instructions are in the howto. I think you should
be able to read it as it is a pdf. You need to do several things besides
downloading the support package but all are detailed in the howto. I will
again attach it to this email. It you have any problems let me know.
